Tom Wellings Gala - 19th April 2008

Organised by Bilston swimming Club

This non-league 'friendly' gala was held at Wombourne on 19th April 2008. It was great that so many WFSC swimmers were able to compete in this the first of three galas which took place this weekend.

There were 40 PB's achieved in all. Well done to coaches Amanda Giles, John Thorley and Jim Middleton for swimming in this gala.

WFSC came 5th with 105 points, 1st was Bilston with 202 points, 2nd Lichfield 140 points, 3rd Wombourne with 130 points, 4th Bromsgrove with 105 points and 6th were the Wolverhampton Masters with 69 points.

1st Places: The mixed 9 yrs freestyle Relay Team of Sophie Hall, Bethany Hinton, Mason Giles and Alex Renton and Boys 9 year Freestyle Team of Alex Renton, Mason Giles, Nat Rose and Allaster Renton.
