Wyre Forest Swimming Club's Schools Gala - 16th October 2010





Ross Junior League Round 2 - 6th March 2010

Congratulations to Wyre Forest for coming 1st in the 2nd round of this league with 159 points. Stourbridge were 2nd with 153 points, Bromsgrove and Evesham both gained 126 points.

Swimmers caught speeding were:
Mason Giles (11/u 1 lth breast), Georgina Knott (9yrs 1 lth breast), Karl Gniwotta (13/u 2 lths free) and Matthew Newey (10/u 1 lth breast).

1st Places in Individual Events:
Richard Allen 12/u 1 lth back and 12/u 1 lth breast, Kiah Bradley 11/u 1 lth free, Eleanor Blakeaway 11/u 1 lth fly, Lucy Goodman 9yrs 1 lth breast, Kyra Robbins 11/u 1 lth fly, Emma Catchpole 10/u 1 lth free, Tom Bull 9yrs 1 lth back, Connor Allen 13/14 2 lths breast, Daniel Booth 10/u 1 lth back and Anna Gniwotta 11/u 1 lth back.

1st Places in Team Events:
Boys 10/u medley relay team of Daniel Booth, Armin Gniwotta, Matthew Newey and Harvey Thompson and freestyle relay team of Gniwotta, Thompson, Booth and Newey; Girls 10/u medley relay team of Holly Needham, Megan Tanser-Voets, Lucy Hart and Helena Shackleton and freestyle relay team of Emma Catchpole, Tanser-Voets, Shackleton and Ellie Blakeway ; Boys 11/u medley relay team of Nat Rose, Mason Giles, Matthew Newey and Harvey Thompson and freestyle relay team of Newey, Booth, Rose and Giles; Boys 13/14 freestyle relay team of Connor Allen, Thomas Willcox, Karl Gniwotta and Luke Barnett; The boys cannon of Armin Gniwotta, Allaster Renton, Harvey Thompson, Matthew Newey, Mason Giles, Nat Rose, Alex Brady, Jack Rowley, Karl Gniwotta and Luke Barnett; the girls cannon of Georgina Knott, Emma Osborne, Lucy Hart, Ellie Blakeway, Anna Gniwotta, Kiah Bradley, Alice Fish, Hannah Steward, Jessica Charles and Captain Amy Tristram.
