Round Two - Worcester - 1st March 2008
Wyre Forest achieved victory again in Round Two of the Ross League with 192 points, Haden Hill and Worcester came 2nd with 157 points each. The 4th team, Pershore did not compete. There were over 60 PB's achieved from our swimmers.

Well done to Wyre Forest for winning their 3rd round of the Ross Junior League having already won both their 1st and 2nd rounds. WFSC came 1st with 169 points, 2nd was Ludlow with 151 points, 3rd was Haden Hill with 135 points and 4th was Abertillery with 116 points. Full Results are on the Forum.
This weekend saw us competing in three galas meaning that most swimmers competed in at least two of them. Well done to Tom Middleton who managed all three!
A special mention must be made of swimmers Alex Brady and Annabelle Elcock who swam in their first ever gala and both swam extremely well.

Wyre Forest came 2nd out of the 8 teams in the final with 293 points. Stourbridge came 1st with 313 points, Cheltenham were 3rd with 285 points, Bromsgrove were 4th with 272 points, Ludlow were 5th with 257 points, Worcester were 6th with 245 points, Haden Hill were 7th with 230 points and Ross-on-Wye were 8th with 195 points.

2nd place overall in this league for Wyre Forest in an exciting final held at Gloucester
Congratulations to all the swimmers who took part during every round of this league you helped your team reach the final with maximum points. If you weren't at Gloucester's GL1 Pool to witness this exciting final then you missed out on a spectacular occasion. Congratulations to all the Wyre Forest team members who all swam brilliantly.Wyre Forest came 2nd out of the 8 teams in the final with 293 points. Stourbridge came 1st with 313 points, Cheltenham were 3rd with 285 points, Bromsgrove were 4th with 272 points, Ludlow were 5th with 257 points, Worcester were 6th with 245 points, Haden Hill were 7th with 230 points and Ross-on-Wye were 8th with 195 points.
